We specialse in sourcing and importing goods from overseas and marketing them direct to the end user in South Africa, at substantial savings than your regular brick and mortar store. We import direct mainly from the USA, but we also have agents in Europe, Hong Kong and Japan.
We offer at least a one year warranty that we handle on most electronic and photographic equipment, more info below.
We are not a store and we manage to pass huge savings to the end user by not having the expenses associated with your regular brick and mortar store. We do have a pick-up point in Midrand (43 West Road) and you can arrange to collect your goods as soon as they have arrived from our various international suppliers. We do not keep any stock on hand and we dont do any type of C.O.D. sales
Most of our items are imported from overseas vendors and we offer the following warranties:
Digital Cameras, 1 year standard manufacturer warranty
SLR Digital cameras, 1 year standard manufacturer warranty
Camera lens, 1 year standard manufacturer warranty
Watches, 1 year standard manufacturer warranty
Binoculars and scopes, 1 year standard manufacturer warranty
Laptops that dont have an international warranty and need to be sent back to the supplier, we offer 30 day working warranty, and then a cost of R600 admin handling fee for balance of 1 year warranty.
Software - sealed box warranty, once opened any issues to be dealt with publishing house.
Toys/games - working warranty only.
Voice recorders/mp3 players - 1 year standard manufacturers warranty
All our items are imported direct from various international suppliers and the local agents are under no obligation to offer any warranty or support on items we sell. We do assist with handling and sorting out warranty problems, and if your item is under warranty we handle all the paperwork and customs documents involved in sending the item back to our suppliers.
We offer quality items at discounted prices and back up all our sales with full support.
Currently all our prices are discounted for EFT bank transfer and you do not require a credit card to purchase. We do accept card transactions but there is an additional fee charged for credit card purchases.
