We accept as payment cash deposits, EFT and credit cards processed through Monster Pay (setcom) payment gateway.

Our preferred method of receiving payment is via internet banking EFT.

Important information regarding Credit card transactions:

If you request to pay using your card and are a first time buyer you will need to provide the following:

You must make an imprint of your card, sign next to it and scan the back of the card and then and email admin@cybertrek.co.za or fax us on 0866144282 . To make an imprint, place a blank sheet of paper over the card and gently rub over the numbers with a pencil, then sign next to the imprint and send it together with a copy of the back of the card and a copy your ID or passport.

We will also need your day time land line contact telephone number.

Security Restrictions:

Only the card holder can make the purchase.

Purchases done with credit card can only be sent to a physical address and not to a P.O.box.

You must have a valid email address from a registered South African ISP, free email accounts will not be accepted.

If you have placed the order with a free email account, please also supply us with your South African ISP email information.

You must supply a contactable day time land line telephone number.

Your credit card information is secure.

We do not store your card information or keep the info on file. As soon as the Monster pay (Setcoms) virtual terminal has been processed your card information is automatically deleted from our servers and we have no record of your card details.

The hard copies you send us are emailed to setcom card processing for verificationa and are held by them.

The transaction has to be verified by you and we are unable to process any transaction without Monster Pays added security check where they will either SMS or email you for authorisation.

Due to online credit card fraud there are various checks we have to do prior to processing and this may add 2 - 3 days of processing time. (For new clients)

We only accept South African issued Visa and Mastercard cards.
