Terms and conditions.

The price calculated on our site is an accurate estimate quote based on the values you submitted of the final landed, delivered to your door cost, includiing all import taxes and fees. If you have made a mistake in inputting any of the variables or selected the wrong category or did not take into account the correct shipping weight or USA state taxes, then the price will be incorrect.

Our import team manually verifies each submition and will send you an email confirming the price and if you can proceed with paying for the order.

USA Warranty only.

All items purchased through this service by default have a USA warranty and if they need to be sent back to the USA all expenses involved are for your account only. Certain items may have an international or global warranty but it is up to you to determine the warranty status prior to placing the order.

In most cases it is actually cost effective to pay for a local out of warranty repair than to send an item back to the USA. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order.

Refunds

There are no refunds for incorrect, unwanted, wrong size or colour items ordered as we are only offering the import service. If you purchased the wrong size or colour or are not happy with the item and decide to send it back to the USA, we will assist with  helping you return the item but any refund will be based on the original USD store price less the cost of importing and the return freight costs.

Returns/refunds  can be done only according to the USA store you purchased from returns policy. Please take into account for time essential returns that it can take up to 14 days for international returns.

Cancel an order

You can cancel and return an order before it leaves the USA if you comply with the store you have purchased from returns policy. The amount refunded will be the USD store price less any fees they may impose for returns and less any local USA shipping costs plus a $15 admin fee per item.

Important information to consider when buying from the USA.

1. Power supply. All USA electrical devices use 110v voltage. Certain products come with dual power supplies that work in South Africa, such as most laptop and  camera chargers. If the product you have ordered only has 110v you will need to purchase a step down adaptor available from local electrical stores such as Zakspeed in order for it to work. Sometimes, even though the adaptor may be dual voltage, you will still require a plug adaptor as the Americans use a different type square plug. These adaptors can also be purchased from various local electric stores.
2. Certain console games may be intended for use on USA consoles only.
3. As above, USA game consoles, such as the play station or wii may only play games purchased from the USA.
4. DVD and blue Ray movies will be zoned for use in North America.
5. Cell phones may be USA carrier locked

Prohibited items for import.

1. Alcohol and alcohol related products. For example if you purchase a shaver and it comes with an alcohol based cleaner, this will be removed from the contents.

2. Medicines, Vitamins and supplements.

3. Perfumes

4. Food products

5. Weapons, knives and weapon sights

6. Night vision generation 2 and higher

7. Two way radios

8. TV’s and screens

9. Adult toys and products (sorry)

10.  Replica and toy guns, air soft guns and anything that resembles a gun or weapon.

11.  Oversized items such as gym equipment, bicycles etc – please check with us prior to ordering

12.  Items that weigh more than 100 lbs – please check prior to placing an order.

13.  Tobacco and cigarette products.

14.  Furs and Ivory

15.  Precious stones

16.  Used and second hand items

17.  Live (or dead) animals

18.  Dangerous Equipment (such as garden tools with blades)

19.  Jewelry (excluding watches)

20. Items weighing more than 50lbs or oversized for airfreight.
