This is a self-calibrating device; it does not come with any calibration certificates.

The Bushnell Velocity speed gun (Model 101911) is a factory-calibrated, handheld radar device. Like other modern radar speed guns, the Velocity is self-calibrating and does not require routine recalibration or annual servicing during normal use. Velocity speed guns are calibrated at factory level when they are manufactured.

Each time the unit is switched on, the internal electronics perform automatic checks. 

Bushnell Velocity speed guns are not supplied with individual calibration certificates from the factory.

As with all radar speed measurement devices, accurate results depend on correct use. Readings can be influenced by factors such as aiming angle, target selection, operator handling, and surrounding conditions, including weather and electrical interference. It is recommended to aim the speed gun directly in front or behind the object being measured.

When used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, the Bushnell Velocity Model 101911 provides accurate and repeatable speed readings. As described in the manufacturer’s instructions, the Bushnell Velocity is a point-and-shoot radar gun designed for sports enthusiasts and similar speed measurement applications. It is not intended for legal enforcement of traffic regulations on public roads.
